Stripe Pattern Maker for the GSI Map ver1.50

This program allows you to create a repeating Striped Pattern legend (like an SAR image, see the figures shown below) for the GSI Map provided by the Geographical Survey Institute of Japan.By specifying the elevation interval (minimum to maximum) and interval in the input form below, you can create a legend file (txt format) that repeats the color tone in 10 steps. Applying this legend makes it easier to visually identify geomoephological differences in slope direction and terrace cliffs as discontinuity of stripes.

How to Use

Enter values in the input form on the right and click [Create Legend] to save a text file [.txt] of the legend. You can specify color tones by clicking on each color palette. In addition, you can use some color tone examples such as the Rainbow1 and 2 (Suginaka et al., 2018), red, blue, and gray color by clicking the buttons in right colomn.

You can reflect the created legend [.txt file] on the GSI map by selecting "Load Style from File" in the "Create Your Own Color Elevation Map".
