Exemption and disclaimer of warranty

Yoshikazu Seki, AIST has no legal responsibility to any damages arising out of the use or inability to use Training CD 1.0. Yoshikazu Seki, AIST has no legal obligation to compensate any flaws of Training CD 1.0. Yoshikazu Seki, AIST do not ensure that Training CD 1.0 will be distributed to all people requiring to use it.

Usage and restriction

The copyright is reserved by Yoshikazu Seki, AIST, whereas the user of Training CD 1.0 (User) has the right to use it for its purpose. User, however, is never allowed to use it for commercial use or profit. User is not allowed to copy any part of Training CD 1.0 and distribute to a third party without permission of Yoshikazu Seki, AIST, the copyright holder. If somebody wishes to use Training CD 1.0, User do never copy and distribute on User's own, and please contact Yoshikazu Seki, AIST. Yoshikazu Seki, AIST will send him/her the guidance of Training CD 1.0.

User's obligation

User has neither legal obligation except keeping the terms of License Agreement, nor obligation to pay fee for Training CD 1.0. User, however, is bound in honor to return opinions, requests, or criticism to Yoshikazu Seki, AIST, for further development of Training CD 1.0. User's cooperation will be greatly appreciated.
