Yoshikazu Seki is a member of The Acoustical Society of Japan, Japanese Association for an Inclusive Society (Japanese version only), Japanese Association of Rehabilitation for the Visually Impaired (Japanese version only), Rehabilitation Engineering Society of Japan, and Association of Sensory Substitution. He is also Secretary of Association of Sensory Substitution, a part-time instructor of The College of National Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities, Japan, Japanese Head of the Delegation of ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 35, Project Editor of ISO/IEC 30122 Series (Voice commnands), Secretary of IEC/TC 3/SC 3C, and a liaison of ISO/IEC JTC 1/SWG-A.
