The recent activities started from June 2000.
This volcano repeated ash eruption many times.
All the inhabitants have been evacuated since September 2000,
because of huge amount of Sulphur dioxide gas emission
(5 to 230 kton/day, av. 21 kton/day (mid Sep.2000 to July,2002)).
