The segment File
Description
A file indicating which
segment portions should be extracted from the waveform data.
File Name
The file is named differently according to what
components are contained in the waveform data.
- Vertical motion alone 
\(data folder)\RESULT\segment_z.d
- Horizontal motion alone
\(data folder)\RESULT\segment_h.d
- All three components \(data folder)\RESULT\segment_3c.d

0.01 Time interval of waveform sampling
0. Start time of the first segment

Numbers should be laid
out like this, one in each line. There is no particular format for the numbers
(except that an integer alone is allowed in the first line).
