Acoustical technologies or sound field data for obstacle perception (obstacle sense) training are now being provided to people concerned with rehabilitation or education for the blind. [1] Sound Field CD for Obstacle Perception Training Ver. 1.0

This is the newest version of Sound Field CD for Obstacle Perception Training. It has been released in November 5, 2002. Usefulness in practical training scene is focused on.

[2] Sound Field CD for Obstacle Perception Training Ver. 0.0

This CD was the first experimental production made in the fall of 2001. The CDs have been distributed to about 50 people concerned with the blind in Japan until the spring of 2002. Service of this version stopped February 4, 2004.

[3] Obstacle Perception Training System

This is obstacle sense training system developed in 1998. Training CD explained in this page is based on this study. This system is now working in The College of National Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities, Japan.
