We aim to provide robust diagnosis of medical images by
taking into consideration the physical conditions under which the object of
interest was imaged. For example, for soft objects, such as the breast where
useful information for diagnosis can be gleaned through integrative analysis of
several images, we can use simulation of the breast deformation which takes
place when the breast is imaged.
