Research Direction:
A well-designed film of single-walled carbon nanotubes is probed to be
an efficient hole-transport-layer and flexible transparent-conductive layer
for nanotube-silicon solar cells, organic solar cells, and perovskite solar
cells. In order to develop innovative energy devices, the manufacturing
technique of nano-materials such as carbon nanotube film is combined with
micro-manufacturing, microscale measurement, and microscale phase change
control technologies.
