The aist nanometronics lab drives following two R&D projects:

  1. Innovative Measurement and Analysis for Structural Materials (SIP-IMASM) that is a research center of Structural Materials for Innovation (SM4I) under the Strategic Innovation Program (SIP) of the cabinet office CAO, and
  2. Feasibility study on neutron structure analysis under Innovative Structural Materials Association (ISMA).

The nanometronics lab was established on Dec. 1, 2015 under Department of Electronics and Manufacturing as a collaboration with National Metrology Institute of Japan.
