The Global Gender Gap Report 2024<\/a> (World Economic Forum) ranked Japan \u00a0as the 118th of 146 nations, which is the worst since the Report started in 2006. \u00a0This tendency unfortunately appears similar in higher education and science & technology fields.<\/p>\n

This often appears visual when we are invited to speak in academic conferences, in official meetings held by the government or other public organizations.<\/p>\n
