- SSSCPreds: Prediction of Conformational Variability using Supersecondary Structure Codes (SSSCs) from Amino Acid Sequences

SSSCPreds_ver3.22 with SSSCPreds_docx_ver1.20 (April 21, 2023) is a software of the prediction of conformational variability using supersecondary structure codes (SSSCs) from amino acid sequences. The value size of concordance rates among the three systems (SSSCPreds) provides a good indication of the flexibility of the protein subunits. 1) Download and unzip the “SSSCPreds.zip” file. 2) See the text file of User'sGuide for installation.
SSSCview, the conformational analysis program using the practical homology-search methods with protein SSSCs, can also be downloaded.
