入館証を用意するため、参加される方は事前に参加申し込みをしてください[登録]。事前に申し込まれた方は、TPPの会場（共用講堂中会議室）に直接おいでください。TPPの会場で産総研の入館証をお渡しします。
In order to prepare your AIST-entry card, we are asking participants to previously register [Registration]. Then, you can directly go to the meeting place (AIST Tsukuba Central 1, Auditorium), where you can get your AIST-entry card.

送迎バスは17:50に産総研を出発します(つくばセンターまで10分程度)。懇親会は19時開始なので、つくばセンター周辺に宿泊予定の方は懇親会の前にチェックインする時間があります。
A free bus for the party leaves at 17:50 (it will arrive at Tsukuba Center at 18:00). Since the party starts at 19:00, you can have time for checking in your hotel before the party if you stay near Tsukuba Center.
