Industrial Science and Technology of Japan (AIST). The distribution of
EPP is controlled by Yuuji ICHISUGI who is a researcher of
Electrotechnical Laboratory of AIST.

Permission to use, copy, modify and redistribution this software in
whole and in part, for evaluation or research purposes and without fee
is hereby granted provided this copyright notice accompanies any
redistribution and under the following licensing conditions:

What you can do:

1) You can use, copy, modify and redistribute the whole or a part of
   this software for research or 180 days evaluation purposes without fee.
   If you use this software as a part of your commercial products,
   please obtain commercial license (see below).

What you must do:

1) Provide this copyright notice if you use the whole or a part of
   this software.
2) The whole or a part of this software must be used for peaceful purposes.
   Don't use it for military, weapons-related, defense-related, or 
   anti-social activities.


Other licensing conditions:

1) This software is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty
   of any kind.  You must use this software at your risk.
   Especially, this software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed
   to operate for nuclear facilities, aircraft control, life support
