Biography

Takumi Kobayashi is a research scientist at National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology in Japan. He received the M.Eng. degree from University of Tokyo and the Dr. Eng. degree from the University of Tsukuba, in 2005 and in 2009, respectively. In 2006, he was a researcher at Research&Development Center, Toshiba Corporation. He is a member of the the IEICE of Japan.
