Taisho Crater of Sakurajima Volcano, Kagoshima-city, Kagoshima, Japan

This volcanic materials that was produced from the western craters of Sakurajima Volcano is dark gray and poorly sorted (less than 5.5mm in diameter).  It consists of black or dark gray andesite with smaller amount of gray andesite.
