Pattaya, Chonburi Province, Thailand

This resort is located about 165 km southeast of Bangkok.  This gray beach sand is well-sorted medium sand (0.2-0.4mm in diameter).  It consists of quartz with small amount of brack sandstone or shale, brown siliceous rocks and seashells.
