Atlantic City, Atlantic, New Jersey, USA

Atlantic City is located on Absecon Island that is pushing out into the Atlantic.  This grayish white sand is well-sorted medium-sized sand (about 0.5mm in diameter).  It consists of quartz with a small amount of light brown siliceous rocks.
