Lake St. Clair is between Ontario, Canada and Michigan in the United States, and it is a very shallow lake with an average depth of about 3m.  This light grayish brown sand/gravel is poorly sorted (less than 3.0mm in diameter).  It consists of white, gray and orange siliceous rocks with small amount of quartz, sandstone, feldspar and so on.  The grains are moderately rounded.
