Panama City Beach, Bay County, Florida, USA

This white beach sand was picked up at not the capital of Panama but a city named "Panama City Beach".  It is coarse sand and moderately sorted (less than 1.5mm in diameter).  It consists of clear quartz and turbid quartz.  The grains are sub-angular.
