Hua Hin, Amphoe Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Thailand

This white beach sand was picked up at one of very popular resorts in Thailand.  It is medium-sized sand (0.2-0.5mm) and moderately sorted .  It consists of mostly quartz.  These grains are mixed with some large fragments of seashells (2mm or less in diameter).
