Ohno-hama (No.1), Katada, Shimacho, Shima-city, Mie, Japan

This sand and gravel (6mm or less in diameter) was picked up at the beach in front of Katada Inari Shrine.  It consists of sandstone, shale, siliceous rock, shells and so on.  The grains are rounded.
