Katsurahama Beach, Kohchi-chity, Kochi, Japan

This is very coarse sand and gravel.  The grains are well sorted (about 2.0mm in diameter).  They are various fragments such as sandstone, shale, quartz, chert, limestone, diabase and so on.  The grains are all well-rounded.
