Kotogahama, Maji, Nima, Nima, Shimane, Japan

This sand is famous "Singing Sand" in Japan.  The grains are 0.3-0.5mm in diameter and sorted very well.  They are mostly quartz with some grains of feldspar or red siliceous rocks.
