Niibara Beach, Tamagusukuson, Shimajiri, Okinawa, Japan

This light-brown sand is 5.0mm or less in diameter coral sand.  It consists of coral, seashells, the remains of foraminifera and so on.  There are a few fragments of sandstone.  The long grains on the left side are spines of slate pencil sea urchin.
