Bo Rai, Trat, Thailand

Bo Rai is one of the sources of ruby.  You can find two, or maybe more grains of ruby in this picture surrounded by quartz, siliceous rocks, black heavy mineral, feldspar and so on.  We call red corundum 'ruby', and blue one 'sapphire'.
