Banc d'Arguin (No.3), Dakhlet Nouadhibou, Mauritania

This sand is mixture of fine sand (0.2mm or less in diameter) and coarse sand (about 1.0mm in diameter).  The coarse grains are well-rounded quartz, and they are stained reddish brown by iron oxide.
