The forum will be held at the Kanbai-kan(PDF:90KB) in Doshisha University in Kyoto, Japan, which lies next to the Kyoto Imperial Palace.

Kyoto was the old capital of Japan for more than a thousand years before the capital transfer to Tokyo. You will be deeply impressed with the historical heritages, traditional culture, the calm gardens and ponds, the historical shrines and temples, the Imperial Palace, the samurai castle, and the old streets in the beautiful scenery of the old capital, which is surrounded by green hills and mountains.

Kyoto is located 100 km north east of Kansai International Airport, from which it takes 75 minutes to Kyoto Station by the JR line direct express,"Haruka"(Time table).
From Kyoto station to the nearest subway station, Imadegawa, on the Karasuma line(PDF:90KB), it takes 9 minutes. It takes 1 minute on foot from Exit 2 of Imadegawa Station to the Kanbai-kan. Plaease see the International Access Map(PDF:275KB) and the Local Access Map(PDF:90KB).
