ACCOMMODATION

The organizer of "TRIBOCHEMISTRY KYOTO 2009" has booked a limited number of rooms in the Hotel Kyoto Garden Palace with special room rates for forum participants.The participants who hope to stay the Hotel Garden Place can apply through the website of Registration. As the number of booked room is limited, an earliest application is recommended. It takes 15 minutes on foot from the hotel to the forum place, "Kanbai-kan". It lies next to the Kyoto Imperial Palace. Please see the location in the Map of Kyoto. We recommend that participants stay at this hotel and walk to the forum place. You can book the Hotel Kyoto Garden Palace through the website, which is opened from March 1st to September 1st, 2009.

When you come from Kansai International Airport, take the express train, "Haruka" by the JR line to Kyoto (75 min; Time Table). And then take the subway Karasuma line to Marutamachi (7 min), from which it takes 10 minutes to the Hotel Kyoto Garden Palace.
