Abstract
This full-day workshop focuses on the system development for nano-micro applications. Workshop participants exchange developing research results including process of device selection and countermeasure against scale effect. The goal of the workshop will be to promote combining these technologies for development of more accurate/functional nano-micro devices and applications. Topics of interests are following: Nano-Micro Robotics, Nano-Micro Manipulation, Nano-Micro sensors, Nano-Micro actuators, Nano-Micro fabrication, MEMS/NEMS, Micro-TAS, BioMEMS, Biomedical Robotics, Mechano-bio systems, Regeneration medicine, Tissue engineering, Cloning of animals, System cell engineering. Participants who want to know the state of the art of Nano-Micro Robotics or plan to start interdisciplinary research works between engineering, biological and medical fields are welcomed.
